The Clock Game - Learn and Practice Reading a Clock
Instructions:
Use this game to learn how to tell time and practice your clock-reading skills.
This game can be played using a mouse or a touchscreen.
Press the Play Game button to begin playing the game.
A time to select will appear.
With your mouse or finger, click/tap and hold the hour or minute hand (click/tap on the dotted grey circle at the end of the hand) and rotate the hand until you have reached the correct spot on the clock.
If you can't hit exactly the right spot, you can fine-tune the hands using the minus and plus icons next to the clock.
When you think you have the correct answer, click/tap the Submit Answer button next to the clock.
For each correct answer, you will be awarded points. Your score is displayed on the left side of the Results Bar.

Each time you correctly answer 5 times, you will advance to the next level. Your current level is indicated in the Results Bar.
The timer is represented to the right of the score in the Results Bar. As time passes, the bar will get shorter.
If you have not selected the correct time before the time runs out, you will receive a strike. After three strikes, the game is over. The number of strikes is displayed on the right side of the Results Bar.
Click the Settings button to adjust your preferences for the game.
Timer: The default setting is On. Select Off to have unlimited time to submit your answer.
Sounds: The default setting is On. Select Off to mute all game sounds.
Question Type: The default setting is "Numeric." In Numeric mode, the time to select is displayed as numbers. You can also choose "Spoken" mode. In Spoken mode, the time to select is displayed in words, as it would be pronounced.
Mode: The default mode is "Find". In Find mode, you need to find the given time on the clock. You can also select "Type" mode. In Type mode, numbers appear next to the clock, and you can enter the correct time by either clicking the numbers or using your keyboard. If you simply want to explore how the clock works and see how the time changes as you move the hands, you can select "Training" mode.
Seconds: By default, the second hand is "Off". Select "On" to activate the second hand.
Minute Help: Enable this option to show minute values inside the black border of the clock.
Format: Select between a 12-hour (AM/PM) clock and a 24-hour (00:00-23:59) clock.
The current settings are always displayed in the lower-left corner of the clock.
The settings you have selected are stored in your browser for the duration of your session. You can refresh your browser to start a new game, but if you close it, the settings will reset to default the next time you visit the game.
