The Dual Dial Indicator Game - Learn to Read a Dial Indicator
Instructions:
This interactive game helps you learn and practice how to read a dual dial indicator.
This game can be played using a mouse or a touchscreen.
Press the Play Game button to begin playing the game.
A measurement to select will appear.
Click or tap and hold the dotted grey circles at the tip of the short and long pointers, then rotate them to the correct spot on the dial indicator.
If you can't land exactly on the right spot, fine-tune the pointers using the minus and plus icons next to the dual dial gauge.
When you think you have the correct answer, click or tap the Submit Answer button.
For each correct answer, you will be awarded points. Your score is displayed on the left side of the Results Bar.

Each time you correctly answer 5 times, you will advance to the next level. Your current level is indicated in the Results Bar.
The timer is represented to the right of the score in the Results Bar. As time passes, the bar will get shorter.
If you have not selected the correct measurement before the time runs out, you will receive a strike. After three strikes, the game is over. The number of strikes is displayed on the right side of the Results Bar.
Click the Settings button to adjust your preferences for the game.
Timer: The default setting is On. Select Off to have unlimited time to submit your answer.
Sounds: The default setting is On. Select Off to mute all game sounds.
Unit: Choose either the inch (imperial) or metric version of the game. By default, it's set to inches.
Mode: The default mode is "Find". You can also select "Type" mode, where numbers appear and you can enter your answer by clicking these numbers or typing with your keyboard. For an easier experience, select "Training" mode. In this mode, the current value of the dial indicator is displayed between the plus and minus buttons.
The current settings are always displayed in the lower-left corner of the dual dial gauge.
The settings you have selected are stored in your browser for the duration of your session. You can refresh your browser to start a new game, but if you close it, the settings will reset to default the next time you visit the game.
When the game is over, a Wrong Answers button will appear. By clicking this button, you can review the questions you answered incorrectly in your last game.
